VNIQ is a strategy and transformation consultancy. This policy covers personal information we handle through vniq.ai and through enquiries you send us. When we say “we”, “us” or “VNIQ”, we mean the firm that runs this site.

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name and work email address
• Your organisation and role, and a phone number if you choose to add one
• The topic, timeline and organisation size you select
• Your message, and anything else you include in it

If you start with your email address elsewhere on the site, we carry it into the enquiry form so you do not have to type it twice. It is not stored or sent anywhere until you submit the form.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages are requested: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. We use it only to keep the site available and secure.

We use your information to:

• Read and reply to your enquiry, and arrange a conversation if there is a fit
• Prepare a proposal, if you ask us for one
• Keep the site running, secure and free of abuse
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

We rely on your consent when you tick the box on the enquiry form, on taking steps you have asked for before any engagement, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who host this site, deliver enquiry form submissions to our inbox and run our email, under terms that require them to protect it and use it only to provide that service
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers or auditors, where needed
• Authorities, when the law requires it

Some of these providers may process information outside your country. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party pixels. It works without asking you to accept anything. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If we go on to work together, the terms of that engagement apply. If we do not, we delete them. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then removed.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and our providers are chosen for their security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information until an agreement is in place between us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it or delete it
• Withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it
• Complain to your data protection authority

To use any of these rights, write to support@vniq.ai. We will confirm who you are, then respond as quickly as we can and within the time the law allows.

This site is meant for business audiences. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
